This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect about you, how we use the information, some of the security steps taken to protect the information, and the choices you have to review, revise and restrict our usage of this information.

When you use the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Privacy Policy as we deem necessary or desirable. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a notice of the change on this Website. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective once we post a notice on our Website. Nonetheless, these changes may not apply to any transactions before the effective date of such changes, which will appear on the top of this page. The changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Website and any transactions by such new users. Therefore, we suggest you read this important notice containing our Privacy Policy from time to time to stay informed of any such changes. Please be advised that if you continue to use the Website after receiving notification of any changes, even if you are aware, you accept and agree with the changes. If you find this Privacy Policy and Terms unacceptable, please discontinue using the Website immediately.

For this Privacy Policy, the word ”Use” implies accessing, using, or visiting the Website or any of its components, websites, and pages, making use of any public forum related to us and our Website.

SECTION 2 – COOKIE POLICY

When you visit the Website, the Operator may send a cookie or gif file (“Cookie”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to your Internet browser and computer. A Cookie is a short string of data that allows our Platform to remember who you are, serving much like a unique membership ID. The Operator uses Cookies to remember reference keys to some of your Website preferences so that we can provide a more convenient experience during your next visit. A Cookie will be stored in your hard drive and contain non-personally identifiable information about you. You may delete or block Cookies from your browser, but this may affect the Website’s quality and performance. To disable and reject all Cookies, follow the instructions associated with your browser. We reserve the right to retain Cookie data indefinitely.

SECTION 3 – “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

The Operator may collect information from your online behavior by using technology to increase the effectiveness of advertisements or content provided on the Website. Examples of online behavior that may be collected include, but are not limited to, responding to promotions or user advertisements, websites visited, and content accessed.

Currently, some browsers offer their users the option to select the “do not track” option in their preferences. These browsers, in turn, transmit signals to the websites with which the browser communicates. To the extent that there is no uniformity in the industry regarding the use of this type of technology, for the time being, we will not assign value or meaning to the “do not track” signals and we will not respond to them.

SECTION 4 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

For these providers, we recommend that you read the privacy policies to understand how your information will be handled.

In particular, please remember that some providers may be located or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than you or us. In that case, if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving a third-party provider’s services, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (jurisdictions) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our page’s Website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
